個人簡介：
寶福凱，博士，教授，博士生導師,博士后合作導師；耶魯大學醫學院訪問學者、博士后。現任昆明醫科大學病原生物學與免疫學系主任，熱帶醫學研究所所長；云南省熱帶傳染病示范型國際科技合作基地主任，云南省高校熱帶傳染病重點實驗室主任，云南省兒童重大疾病防控重點實驗室副主任，云南省“公共衛生與疾病防控協同創新中心”學術委員會副主任、學科帶頭人。美國微生物學會(ASM)會員；中國微生物學會理事，中國微生物學會臨床微生物學專業委員會全國委員兼細胞內細菌學組主任委員，人獸共患病原生物學專業委員會委員及立克次體學組委員，云南免疫學會副理事長，云南微生物學會副理事長。長期從事醫學微生物學、免疫學教學和科研工作。主要研究方向為熱帶蟲媒傳染病、結核分枝桿菌與結核病。主持過國家自然科學基金項目5項，以及美國NIH項目、云南省自然基金項目等共計15個項目的研究。在萊姆病研究中有多項重要發現；長期致力于結核病免疫與致病機理研究。至今發表研究論文及綜述240多篇，SCI收錄48篇，在國際權威雜志Lancet Infectious Diseases、Frontiers in Immunology、JAMA Network Open、BMJ Global Health、 Nature、Cell、Journal of Experimental Medicine等發表論文10余篇。培養碩士研究生50人、培養博士生8人、博士后2人。申請授權專利24項，編寫出版結核病、萊姆病領域專著6部，主編、副主編或參編本科《醫學微生物學》、《醫學免疫學》等教材專著20部。
